SENSORIUM 98 利用規約・プライバシーポリシー

「SENSORIUM 98 - スマホのセンサー図鑑」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくことにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第1条（本アプリの機能）

本アプリは、お使いの端末に搭載されたセンサーの情報を端末内で表示するものです。データの収集・保存・外部送信は一切行いません（INTERNET権限を持たないため、構造上も不可能です）。

第2条（表示される値について）

表示される値はセンサーの生値であり、参考情報です。医療・健康管理・航空・防災・法的証明など、正確性が求められる判断には使用しないでください。

第3条（免責）

本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、動作・正確性についていかなる保証もしません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。

第4条（準拠法と改定）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。改定時はアプリの更新をもって通知します。

プライバシーポリシー

本アプリは、個人情報を含むいかなるデータも収集・保存・第三者提供しません。

  • 本アプリはAndroidの権限（uses-permission）を一切宣言していません。INTERNET権限も持たないため、ネットワーク通信は構造的に不可能です
  • 広告SDK・アクセス解析SDK・クラッシュレポートSDKは含まれていません
  • 設定値（テーマ・更新レート等）は端末内にのみ保存され、端末外に出ることはありません
  • 「要望・不具合を報告する」ボタンは外部ブラウザでGoogleフォームを開くだけで、本アプリ自身は通信しません

By using “SENSORIUM 98 - Sensor Field Guide for Your Phone” (the “App”), you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 1 (What the App Does)

This app displays, entirely on your device, information about the sensors built into it. It does not collect, store, or transmit any data whatsoever (it has no INTERNET permission, so this is structurally impossible).

Article 2 (About the Displayed Values)

The displayed values are raw sensor values provided for reference only. Do not use them for any judgment that requires accuracy, such as medical care, health management, aviation, disaster prevention, or legal proof.

Article 3 (Disclaimer)

This app is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind as to its operation or accuracy. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of this app.

Article 4 (Governing Law and Revisions)

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any revisions will be announced via app updates.

Privacy Policy

This app does not collect, store, or share any data, including personal information.

  • The app declares no Android permissions (uses-permission) at all. It has no INTERNET permission, so network communication is structurally impossible
  • It contains no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash reporting SDKs
  • Settings (theme, update rate, etc.) are stored only on your device and never leave it
  • The “Report a request / issue” button simply opens a Google Form in your external browser; the app itself performs no communication
